Start a Free Trial
- Go to the trial sign-up page.
- Enter your Details. All information is saved in the platform so you do not have to re-enter it when you covert to a subscription.
- Enter your account information for Locations, Services, Availability & Staff. Click Review to see all the entered information before starting your trial. |
- You have the option to skip the basic setup and go directly into the platform. We recommend entering some profile details so you will have information to work with when you start your trial.
NOTE: You do not have to go through the setup in the order the categories are listed but can jump to each page as needed. The page markers will guide you through the setup process.- dark blue & checkmark- you are currently on that page
- light blue & checkmark - you have viewed the page but are not currently on it
- blank - you have not viewed the page
- You can also use the Back & Next buttons to go to the previous or next page.
- When you are working in the system, a banner displays showing you how many days are left in your trial. From here you can return to the basic setup page or subscribe.
Locations
- Click Locations. See Add & Edit Locations for more information.
- Enter your Organization's address & time zone
NOTE: The Organization Name populates based on the email address entered on the trial sign-up page. You can change the name here if needed.
- Click +Add location to add additional locations. They will show in the system.
Services
- Click Services. See Add for more information. See Add & Edit Billable Service Types and Add & Edit Non-Billable Service Types for more information.
- Default service types, including Appointment Missed Workflow service types, will populate based on the Type of Practice you select. These will be the main service types related to your practice type.
NOTE: Active Service Type settings are blue. Disable service types by sliding the setting to the left until it turns gray. Disabled service types will be archived in the system. - Click +Add to add new service types. They will show in the system.
Availability
- Click Availability. See Add Availability Blocks for more information.
- A Default availability block is created for you which you.
- You can edit or delete the block on this page.
- Click +Add to add new availability blocks. They will show in the system.
NOTE: You can only create an availability block for yourself.
Staff
- Click Staff. See Add & Edit a Staff Member for more information.
- Enter the staff member's name & email.
Click Send Invitation. - Click +Add to add additional staff members.
NOTE: Staff members entered later in the system will be displayed here as active accounts.
Review
- Click Review.
- All information you have entered displays on this page.
- If you did not enter information for a category, a link displays for you to go back to the page and enter details.
NOTE: You have the ability to go back to the trial setup page as you work in the system. Click Return to basic setup on the trial banner if you need to make any changes.
- Click Finish to set up your trial.
