Update Appointment Status to Kept Automatically
When enabled, the status of an upcoming appointment will automatically change to 'Kept' for appointments that have been matched with a Ensora Data Collection SOAP Note.
NOTE: To use this setting you must disable the setting Change status to 'Kept' after the appointment time has started in the Organization > Settings tab.
Conditions
When this setting is enabled, the status of an ABA Therapy appointment will automatically change to Kept if the original ABA Therapy appointment was previously in the status of Upcoming and under the following conditions:
- An Ensora Data Collection note is auto-matched to an ABA Therapy appointment.
- An Ensora Data Collection note is manually matched to an ABA Therapy appointment.
- An ABA Therapy appointment is manually created from an Ensora Data Collection note.
When any of these occur, it will also automatically update all existing ABA Therapy reports that show Kept statuses accordingly.
If the ABA Therapy appointment was in any other status besides "Upcoming" when it was matched to an Ensora Data Collection note, then the appointment status will not be updated to Kept automatically, but the Ensora Data Collection SOAP Note will still be attached as usual.
If you delete or unmatch an Ensora Data Collection note from a ABA Therapy appointment, and the status of the appointment had been automatically updated to Kept due to this setting being enabled, the status will remain as Kept and will need to be updated manually by the user if needed to be changed.
