Ensora Data Collection SOAP notes match with Ensora ABA Therapy appointments in several different ways, with the status displayed in the grid in the Ensora Data Collection Notes page. Match Status Types are based on several factors, each described below:
- Auto-Match - The Ensora Data Collection note has been automatically matched to an Ensora ABA Therapy appointment based on the client name, staff name, session date and session start / end time. No further action is needed to match the note if the match is correct.
- Manual Match - The Ensora Data Collection note has been manually matched to an Ensora ABA Therapy appointment by a user.
- No Staff Match - The note is not matched to a staff member. The system is unable to complete an auto-match connection. Users must go to the Staff setup tab to match the correct Ensora Data Collection staff member to the correct Ensora ABA Therapy staff member.

- No Client Match - The note is not matched to a client. The system is unable to complete an auto-match connection. Users must go to the Client setup tab to match the correct Ensora Data Collection client to the correct Ensora ABA Therapy client.
- No Staff / Client Match - The note is not matched to both a staff member and client. The system is unable to complete an auto-match connection. Users must go to the Staff and Client setup tabs to match the correct Ensora Data Collection staff and clients to the correct Ensora ABA Therapy staff and clients.
