The following Service Delivery requests are supported for customers:

• Patient Data Import (post-implementation requests only) 
  • This service supports customers who need to import additional patient data after their initial system implementation. The Service Delivery team ensures data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration into the platform to minimize disruption.
• Patient Data Export (including data exports for cancellations)
  • The Service Delivery team provides secure export of patient data upon request. This ensures customers can access and repurpose their information for reporting, migration, or compliance needs while maintaining data integrity.
• Custom Forms and Print Views
  • This service allows customers to customize forms and print views to align with their specific clinical and operational requirements. Service Delivery collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement custom configurations aligned to the form mock-ups the customer provides that enhance usability and patient data management.
• Additional Paid Training
  • Beyond standard training, customers may request tailored, instructor-led sessions for their teams. This service provides deeper knowledge on system functionality and ensuring users are confident and effective in applying the platform to their daily work.
