Admin: Enable AI Session Assistant

NOTE: AI Session Assistant will only be available to clinics enrolled in the associated beta program until general availability in early 2026.

 

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Admin permissions.


Overview

Follow the steps below to enable the feature for your agency as an administrator.

 

Enable AI Session Assistant

  1. Go to Admin in the Fusion top navigation.
  2. Select Add‑Ons.
  3. Open the AI Session Assistant add‑on card.
  4. Follow the prompts to:
    • Review pricing
    • Accept updated Terms & Conditions (includes AI usage)
  5. After activation, use the AI Session Assistant Users panel to assign access.

 

Assign Users and Set Plan Types

  1. Click the corresponding checkbox within the Active column, for each user who should have access.

     

  2. Choose a plan:
    • Limited: Up to 42 hours of audio + 60 notes generated.
    • Unlimited: Unlimited use under fair‑use.
  3. Select Save AI Session Assistant Users.

IMPORTANT: Billing occurs monthly. User access can be edited to a different plan type at any time. However, billing updates immediately for upgrades; downgrades apply after the current cycle.
