When entering the charges from the therapist charge dialog, the bottom right corner of the screen lists all of the current therapists' notes associated with this patient.
Right-clicking in the Therapist Notes grid gives you the option to Add Form and then three sub-options - New Form, New Form Flow Forward, and New Form Flow Forward to Same. You may also Open Unsigned Clone. The usage of this feature is explained later in this chapter.
In this example, we can see that there are many different daily visit notes and several evaluations for our patients.
