Permissions Required: Clinic Staff must have Module Permissions, Administration or Service Types Manage assigned in order to update Service Type.
Service Types define the reason for therapy and are another way to group your client population for reporting purposes. Service Type is also visible while on the schedule, which can help therapists see diagnoses they are treating at-a-glance.
Service Types will be used in reports to help track the number of visits and reimbursement associated with different types of injuries.
Add Service Type:
- Click Administration
- Click General Information
- Locate Case
- Click Service Types
- Right-click Add
- Enter the name of your Account Type
- Click OK
