You can report a bug to the support team from within the system. The support team will respond with a solution.
NOTE: If you are a prescriber with an EMR/EHR, please first contact your platform's customer support team before reporting the bug.
- Click your User Name at top of the screen.
- Select Report Bug.
- Enter Contact, Email, Phone, Subject, and Description/Steps to Reproduce.
- Click the Submit button. You will be cc’d on the message.
