Log Out

It's important to properly log out after each session. Not only does it help protect HIPPA data, but it will also help prevent future login errors.
 

1. Click on Your Name in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
2. Click Exit eRx from the dropdown list.
   
    

   IMPORTANT: If you close the tab or window without first clicking Exit eRx, you will see a Status Code: 400, Bad Request error message the next time you try to log in.

    

    

   
   
   
   If you see this error, you will need to re-enter your password and username. You can return to the login screen by clicking the back arrow on your browser tab, or by closing and reopening the window.
    

3. After you have logged out, the blank login screen displays.
