The Support Team uses ID.me's Medical Partner Portal to help expedite your support requests. Contact Support and provide the following information so a case can be opened with ID.me on your behalf:

  • Provider name & NPI
  • Email address registered with ID.me
  • Email address you are attempting to use (if different)
  • Phone number
  • Which steps you are getting stuck at or what you are trying to do
  • Any error messages you see

Once this information is received and a case is opened, ID.me will typically reach out to you within a few hours to assist.
