Purpose:
This article defines Ensora Health’s policy regarding supported versions of the Google Chrome browser for Ensora Health web‑based applications, including but not limited to Ensora eRx (NewCrop).
Ensora Health supports the current stable release of Google Chrome and the two (2) immediately preceding stable major versions.
This policy ensures customers receive a secure, reliable, and consistent experience while allowing reasonable time to stay current with browser updates.
Scope:
This policy applies to:
- Ensora Health web applications
- Ensora eRx (NewCrop)
- Administrative portals and user‑facing workflows accessed via a web browser
Supported Chrome Versions:

IMPORTANT:
- Ensora Health validates application functionality against stable Chrome releases only.
- Issues encountered on unsupported or experimental Chrome versions may not be reproducible or resolvable.
- Google Chrome updates are managed by Google and may introduce behavioral changes beyond Ensora Health’s control.
- Users are encouraged to enable automatic browser updates to remain within the supported window.
