There are two main ways to contact our Onboarding Team, either via phone call or email.
Phone
Call 800-840-9152. This will take you to our main phone line where you can either select the Support option or input the extension 104. By selecting Support, you will first talk with our Tier 1 agents who can transfer you to Onboarding. However, if you put in the extension 104, you'll go directly to the Onboarding Team.
Email onboarding@apexedi.com. This will send an email directly to the Onboarding team.
You can also email Clearinghouse.Support@ensorahealth.com and your email will be forwarded to our Onboarding Specialists.
