There are two ways to contact support, you can either call or email our Support Team.

 

Call EDI Clearinghouse Support

  • Call 800-840-9152 and press 2 for assistance for existing clients. This will connect you with out Support team who will triage your issue to find a solution, or connect you with the proper team who can help solve your issue.
    Phone support is available 8:00 am - 3:00 pm MT on Monday and 8:00 - 5:00 pm MT Tuesday - Friday.
  • For TheraNest customers, call 800-840-9152 Ext. 107 for assistance.

 

Email EDI Clearinghouse Support

  • Email Clearinghouse.Support@ensorahealth.com for general support. This will connect you with our Tier 1 Support. They will triage your issue and connect you with the proper team to assist you with your issue.

IMPORTANT: Once an email has been sent you will receive an automated confirmation email. All future responses from our Support Staff will then continue in that email chain, so be sure to keep that available.
