How do I cancel ERA Service?
The support team does not have the ability to remove the ERA charge or service. To remove the ERA service you must contact the payers sending ERA's and have them route the ERA's to you directly. Once we are no longer receiving ERAs on your behalf our system will update and the charge will be removed from future billing.
