You’ve now completed the basic process of building your client’s EHR! Your client’s HIPAA-secure file will include the following documents, stored within their client profile:
- Basic client details
- Bill to and Insurance information
- Intake forms stored in General Documents section of the client’s profile
- Appointment history
- Initial assessment and diagnosis
- Treatment plan
- Progress note
- Invoice
All EHR information for your client can be found under My Clients on the Clients tab by selecting the client’s name. Any missing information, such as missing progress notes and missing signatures on progress notes can be found under the Reports tab.
