Homework

  1. Provide your Implementation Trainer with the Client ID numbers of two clients that can be utilized as examples to identify if they are set up properly.
  2. Provide your Implementation Trainer with two staff members (one Location User and one Supervisor and/or Administrator) as examples to identify if they are set up properly.
  3. List any questions and/or concerns regarding using ShareNote Community.
  4. Review Services Manager to ensure there are no duplicated active Service Codes, and ensure Service settings have been selected.
  5. Confirm all Service Codes representing services rendered by the agency have been entered. If there are missing Services, please add them.
  6. Confirm that the billing template has been completed and returned to claims@sharenote.com.
  7. Ensure all client authorizations have been entered correctly.
  8. Identify that all Client and Staff services have been selected for each client and staff member.
  9. Ensure all goals, objectives and interventions are entered. Confirm open dates are current and close dates are accurate.
  10. Confirm all caseworkers and clinicians are familiar with locating patient education materials and client diagnosis/problems.
  11. Identify that all staff members are able to locate client communication preferences on the client’s profile.
  12. Ensure all Client Details are reviewed and/or corrected in each client’s profile.
  13. Have staff create and submit notes and/or assessments (these will be used in your billing walkthrough).
