Allow Account Access is used primarily for Group Practices or Billing Services where more than one individual need access to your account.

 

IMPORTANT: It is NEVER a good idea to share Account Passwords, you should change your Password whenever you believe it may be known by another individual, in addition to changing it regularly

 

Allow Account Access enables you to add a User to your Account and set permissions to gate what they are allowed to see in your Account. This gives you the ability to have more than one person access your account simultaneously, while providing all the account activity logging required by HIPAA.

Before you can add a Provider to your Account, they must have a My Clients Plus Provider Account.

 

  1. Click Account Access from left menu and select Allow Account Access.
