If you are not receiving a notification when a provider has unlocked a note for an assigned provider, please check your notification settings to make sure that you have selected to receive those notifications.

  1. Hover over the mceclip0.pngMy Details icon, and select Edit Preferences
  2. Locate the Notification Preferences section and click to expand the section.

  3. In the Message Center Notifications section, check the box for Note Unlocked in the drop-down menu.

  4. Click Save Changes.
