You can verify or update your employee Profile to add contact/demographic information, as well as employee information such as NPI, etc.

Jump to Section

 

Access My Profile

  1. Click the My Details icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Edit My Profile.

Update Contact Information

  1. Click Contact Information tab if it doesn't default open.
  2. Click 2021-01-19_10-55-15.pngEdit icon.

  3. Add or update information and click Save.

Update Employee Information

In the Employee Information tab you can add your Title, Credentials, NPI, Billing Class, and Taxonomy Code.

  1. Click Employee Information tab if it doesn't default open.
  2. Click 2021-01-19_10-55-15.pngEdit icon.

  3. Add or update information and click Save.
