Send New Intake Forms to Existing Client Portal Users

Permissions You must have Organization Administration Permissions.

Once a Client completes their Initial Intake Forms, you can send additional Forms for them to fill out if desired. 

NOTE: A Client must create their Client Portal account before you can resend, revoke or share new Forms. If they have not created their Client Portal account you can invite (or re-invite) them. 

 

Send New Forms

  1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
  2. Click General Documents tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Shared Forms section.
  4. Click Share New Forms button.
  5. Review/Edit Message and add appropriate Intake Forms.
  6. Click Preview Message.
  7. Click Share Intake Forms.
  8. Your message will be emailed to the Client to alert them to fill out the Forms.
