Send Mass Secure Message to Clients

Permissions: Therapist can send mass Secure Messages to their assigned Clients, Administrators can send to all Clients.

Sending a mass message works as a BCC function. Clients WILL NOT be able to see who else the message was sent to. This is to ensure your Clients privacy.

NOTE: You can only send messages to Clients who have a Client Portal account. 

1. Click the Envelope icon the global navigation bar. If you're missing the icon click here.
2. Click Compose button.
3. Click in the To field and select individual names or select Select All.
4. All names will fill in the To field.
5. Enter Subject and Message.
6. Click Send.
