Secure Messaging with Clients via the Client Portal is an add-on system feature. 

If you are subscribed, ensure that Therapist is added to the Client Portal and that an Administrator has turned on Secure Messaging.

 

The Inbox (envelope icon) contains all Secure Messages sent to and from Clients.
