When you allow document uploads in the client portal, patients and their contacts can securely submit files that their providers can access within the system.
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Client Portal in side navigation.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Set the Allow Document Uploads in Client Portal toggle to On.
The toggle turns green and says Turned On when the feature is enabled for the clinic.
