Add User
- Click Administrator, then select Users.
- Enter the username and password.
- Confirm password and click Save.
User Security Setup
Setup the user’s security by navigating to Security Profiles.
- Click Administrator, then Select Security Profiles.
- There are three profiles that must be set up: Dashboard, Enterprise, and Facility
Dashboard Group
- Click Edit pencil icon for the Dashboard Group.
- Click Next button until you reach the Group Members Tab.
- Click User Group and the Business Unit(s) where the user should have access and then click Add.
- Click to highlight the Username(s) on the left under Available section.
- Click arrow to move the User to the right under Selected section.
- Click Save.
Enterprise Group
- Select Enterprise User Group Maintenance on the left of the screen.
- Click to highlight User Group and then click Add Users.
- Click to highlight Username being added on the left under Available section.
- Click Arrow to move the User to the right side under Selected section.
- Click Save.
- Close the User Group Maintenance screen.
Facility User Group
- Select Facility User Group Maintenance on the left of the screen.
- Click to highlight User Group the user belongs in and highlight the Business Unit(s).
- Click Add Users.
- Click to highlight Username on the left under Available section.
- Click Arrow button to move the user over to the right under Selected section.
- Click Save.
- Close User Group Maintenance Screen.
- If the Scheduler is used, you will need to set up the Providers in Service Facilities.
Scheduler Access
Select Scheduler Access for the Facility(s) that the provider will be associated. When Scheduler access is selected a list of all providers that are in the scheduler group will be populated for that facility.
- Select Edit User Access for each provider that needs access to their scheduler and any user that needs to have access to that providers schedule.
- Enter the Username, select the Username when it displays and press the + to add the user to the list below.
- You can enter multiple users at a time.
- View is already selected as the default.
- If the user(s) need to be able to edit their individual or group appointments or encounters, you will need to check edit for each appointment/encounter. Then save the user changes.
