If your Provider is using appointment requests, you can login to your account or use the special URL from your Provider to request appointments. An appointment request will be sent to your Provider need to approve the the request. You will receive an email notification when your Provider approves the request.
- Login to your account and click Request Appointment button.
- OR click on special URL from your Provider.
- Select Location and Appointment Type if available.
- Select a Day from the Calendar.
- Days with availability will display in white. Days that are unavailable will be grayed out.
- Select desired Appointment time.
- Review Appointment Details and click Confirm button.
When you return back to the dashboard, you'll see the appointment request listed there and you can cancel using the red cancel button if you need to before the provider has accepted. Once accepted, the request will move to the future or Today's Session widget on the Dashboard.
