Pay Before Joining a Session

You can pay for your session up to seven days in advance, or you can pay when you log in to join the session.

If payment has been requested by the provider as part of your appointment and you haven't paid prior to starting the session, you'll be prompted to enter your payment information prior to reaching the waiting room. Enter your information and click Submit Payment.

Make a Separate Payment

Providers may request payment separately from the session itself.

1. Navigate to Payments in the menu to open a list of Outstanding Payment Requests.
2. Click the green Pay button to enter your payment information.
