Connect to your session from your iPad.

1. Enter the Email Address and Password associated with your account and click Sign In.
   
2. Locate the appointment on the Dashboard and click the green Join button.
   
3. Click the green Launch Appointment in New Tab button.
   

   NOTE: Clicking the Launch Appointment button is all you need to do. It is not necessary to disable pop ups.

4. Click Allow to allow the system to access your camera and microphone. 
   

   NOTE: You must allow camera and microphone access for every session. Once you click Allow, you should see yourself and the sound line should be moving. If not, try rebooting your device to disengage the camera and microphone from all other applications 

5. Click I'm Ready.
   
6. Wait for the provider to admit you to the session.
   
7. Once you have been admitted to the session, video displays for both you and the provider.
