Overview
Your agency can include a disclosure statement or confidentiality notice on all outgoing messages from the Messaging Module. This article will explain where to set this up in Procentive.
Setup
- Go to the Settings Module.
- Click on the Setup tab.
- If you do not see the Setup tab, you will need to speak to the champion at your agency. Access to this tab is permission-based.

- Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section.
- Locate Messaging Disclosure Statement: Type your disclosure statement in the text box.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Change.
- The window will scroll back to the top once saved.
