If you've forgotten your password or simply need to update it, follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
- Click the Login button in the upper-right corner of the screen on the homepage of the Ensora Experience Hub.
- Click Forgot password? on the bottom of the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account on the password reset page, and click Send.
NOTE: You should receive an email with a password reset link. Open the email and click the link provided.
If you haven’t received an email from us within five minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the activation email, please contact our support team at experience@ensorahealth.com. - Enter a new password. Make sure it’s secure (we recommend at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
Confirm your new password by typing it in again.
Click Reset Password to complete the process.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.
