Share a Doctor's Favorites List

A Doctor's Favorites List can be shared with other providers at the same practice. This is especially helpful in quickly setting up new providers.

Before you Begin: Add & Manage Favorites

Share a Doctor's Favorites List

1. Click the Doctor's Favorites link in the List Maintenance section from the Admin tab.
    
    
2. Click the Drop-Down arrow to open the Favorite List Copy Tool.
3. Click in the Copy From field and select the provider whose Favorites List will be shared. 
    
    
4. Click in the Copy To field and select the providers with whom the Favorites List will be shared. 
    

   NOTE: Favorites can be shared with more than one provider at the same time. Click back inside the Copy To field to select additional providers.

    

    

5. Click the Copy button.
   
    
6. A green Favorites List Copied! banner indicates that the Favorites List was shared successfully.
