Check Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) Status

Check the status of a previously submitted electronic prior authorization (ePA) request using the ePA link from within the system. The system connects to Surescripts for electronic prior authorizations.
 

1. Click the ePA link at the top of the screen.
   
    
2. Surescripts launches in a new tab and displays the status of all submitted ePAs.
