Drugs that are commonly prescribed together can be grouped into Drug Sets, saving you time when writing your orders. Create and manage your drug sets in the Drug Sets Maintenance section. The Drug Sets List is shared by all prescribers at your practice.

Add a New Drug Set

1. Click the Drug Sets Maintenance link from the List Maintenance section from the Admin tab.
   
    
2. Click the Add Set button at the top of the Drug Sets Maintenance list.
   
    
3. Enter a name for the Drug Set and click the Add button.
   

   NOTE: The new drug set displays at the top of the Drug Sets Maintenance list. After saving, new drug sets are organized alphabetically.

    

4. Click the Add button to add the first drug to the set. 
   • Click the Remove button to remove drugs from the set.
     
      
5. Enter the drug name and click the Drug Search button. Search Results display below.

   NOTE: Click the drop-down arrow on the Search button to filter for only ophthalmic drugs or to include obsolete drugs.

    

6. Click the drop-down arrow next to the drug name to see drug form options. 
7. Click the appropriate Drug Form.
   
    
8. Enter Sig Instructions and Dispense Information, then click the Add to Drug Set button.
   
    
9. The drug is added and the drug set displays in alphabetical order in the Drug Sets Maintenance list. Click the Add button to add additional drugs to the drug set.

Rename a Drug Set
 

1. Access the drug set on the Drug Sets Maintenance list and click the Rename Drug Set icon.
   
    
2. Edit the Drug Set Name and click the Rename button. 
   • Click the Cancel button to cancel the action.

Delete a Drug Set
 

1. Access the drug set on the Drug Sets Maintenance list and click the Delete icon. 
   
    
2. Click the Yes, Delete button to permanently delete the drug set.
   • Click the Cancel button to cancel the action.
