Reset EPCS PIN

Reset your EPCS PIN at any time from the Admin tab. 

Reset EPCS PIN

1. Click the Reset EPCS PIN link from the EPCS User Controls section of the Admin tab.
   
    
2. Enter your Authy Passcode.
3. Click the Validate Passcode button.
   
    
4. Enter your new PIN in the PIN and Confirm PIN fields.

   NOTE: The PIN may not be four repeating or four sequential digits. The PIN should not start with the number Zero, as this can cause errors and issues.

    

5. Click the Save button.
