A lot of folks in behavioral health are using medical-grade dictation tools (like Dragon Medical One or similar speech-to-text tools that are marketed as HIPAA-compliant) and just dictating directly into their progress note fields. Those tools don’t technically “integrate” with Procentive as an add-on, but they act like a keyboard — you speak, it types into the chart.

A couple things to watch for:

• Make sure whatever you use is specifically marketed for healthcare / HIPAA compliance (not general voice typing like on your phone).

• Check with your compliance lead before storing audio or letting the tool keep transcripts in the cloud.
