Curious, does anyone know of a voice transcription product that would be compatible with clinical charting in Procentive?

Hi ​@Evannell1121, this is a great question. A lot of folks in behavioral health are using medical-grade dictation tools (like Dragon Medical One or similar speech-to-text tools that are marketed as HIPAA-compliant) and just dictating directly into their progress note fields. Those tools don’t technically “integrate” with Procentive as an add-on, but they act like a keyboard — you speak, it types into the chart.

A couple things to watch for:

  • Make sure whatever you use is specifically marketed for healthcare / HIPAA compliance (not general voice typing like on your phone).

  • Check with your compliance lead before storing audio or letting the tool keep transcripts in the cloud.

If anyone here is actively using Dragon Medical One, VoiceboxMD, or something similar inside Procentive’s note templates, can you share how it’s working for you (accuracy, cost, workflow impact)?
