What does this message mean in the ERA’s and how do I handle allocating these?

Hi ​@jessiem6911, thanks for posting to the community! The message means that the payment you are trying to allocate has only $2.54 remaining unallocated, but you attempted to apply $72.57 to a client’s charges. Essentially, the system is preventing you from over-allocating funds beyond what is available in that payment.

If you are still having issues past that, you can also email Procentive support at procentive.support@ensorahealth.com with the ERA #. They can look at it to determine where the misstep occurred and help get the ERA balanced.
