Do others have the issue where therapists are not seeing appointments on the data collection app, but do in their Codemetro web? We deal with this every week and wanted to know if there is a workaround or an order to the process, so they are not missing the appointments on their Data collection app. We require them to choose a session before publishing to ensure the appointment is auto rendered.

I just checked out records and I don’t see any open support cases for you around the syncing error you’ve described here. I can file one on your behalf with the Customer Support Team today if you’d like?


Thanks for the reply. We just closed a ticket that had a session not showing for a therapist. Most of the time we handle it ourselves by recreating the session on NPA and then it will show up in the Ensora app. I was just trying to figure out if we are doing something wrong on our end where the new appointment is not being pushed to the Ensora app for some reason.


@CSH.DColeman makes sense. Totally your call, but it might help to walk through your workflow with one of our support team members too. I’ll let other members weigh in on how they are doing it now for further insights.
