Why won't my document delete?

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED : You need the Docs permission to remove a document.

All documentation is started from the appointment. When appointments are checked in, the documentation associated with that appointment type is added to your docs list.

Delete Content in a Note

If the note is a draft, you will need to delete the content before removing the document from your docs list.

  1. Open the note.
  2. In the bottom left of the note, click the Delete button.
  3. In the window that appears type the prompt required.

  4. Click the Delete button. Once the content is deleted from the note, it will show as 'Not Started' in your docs list.
  5. Click the Delete button.

Once the content is deleted from the note, it will show as 'Not Started' in your docs list.

 

Change Appointment Status

Since documentation is created upon check-in, you must change the appointment status in order to remove the documentation.

  1. Navigate to the appointment.
  2. If the appointment status should be different from "Checked In" then hover over the appointment to see.

TIP: If the appointment shouldn't be on the calendar at all, change the status of the appointment to Scheduled and delete the appointment

Once the status is changed, the documentation will be removed from the task manager.
