PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You need the Docs permission to reclaim a document from a contributor.
If you accidentally sent a document to a contributor, you can reclaim it from them to continue working on it.
NOTE: You can only reclaim a document from a contributor if they haven't started making changes to the document.
Reclaim a Document from a Contributor
- Go to the Docs tab.
- In the sidebar, click the document type you're working with.
- Click the Pending tab.
- To the right of the document, click the Reclaim Document icon
.
- Click the Reclaim Document button.
Reclaim a Document from a Co-Signer
NOTE: A Co-Signer is not able to edit a document.
- Go to the Docs tab.
- In the sidebar, click the document type you're working with.
- Click the Pending tab.
- To the right of the document, click the Reclaim Document icon
- Click the Reclaim Document button.
