If you need a copy of a patient's goals, you can either print a specific goal or all of the patient's goals.

Print a Specific Goal

To print a specific long-term goal and its associated short-term goals:

1. Go to Docs → Patients & Goals, and click the patient you're working with.
2. Above the long-term goal you want to print, click the print goal icon .
3. Choose whether or not to include archived goals and graphs, and click the Print Goal button.

Print All Goals

To print all of a patient's goals:

1. Go to Docs → Patients & Goals, and click the patient you're working with.
2. In the lower left, click the Print All Goals button.
3. Select the information you want to print.
4. Click the Print Goals button.
