PERMISSIONS:  You need the Docs permission to access the Docs tab.

Jump to Section:

Use the Docs tab at the top of the system to work with your documents, patients, and goals.

Patients & Goals

Go to the Patients & Goals page to see the patients you've had an appointment with.

You can click a patient to view and manage that patient's goals or click an icon to the right of a patient's name:

  • Use the Appointments icon to view the patient's past and upcoming appointments.
  • Use the Completed Documents icon to view the patient's completed documents.
  • Use the Discharge icon to discharge the patient without a document.

Reminders

On the Reminders page, you'll find a list of patients who will need a new progress note or re-assessment soon. If you click a reminder, you can create a document for that patient.

You can change how often these reminders appear in Clinic Options or in the settings for each payer.

This list will only include reminders for patients you've been scheduled with. Schedulers can view the full list of document reminders from the Schedule tab instead.

Home Activities

If your clinic has the Home Education Platform add-on, the Home Activities page will show your clinic's available home activities. These typically consist of exercises, strategies, educational information, and other activities given to patients and their caregivers as part of a home program. They can be linked to daily notes and referenced in progress notes, re-assessments, and discharges.

From here, you can add a new home activity, edit or delete an activity you've added, and view or print an activity.

If you're interested in getting the Home Education Platform add-on, reach out to fusion.support@ensorahealth.com.

  • The Not Started tab lists the documents for your checked-in appointments that you haven't created a draft for.
  • The Draft tab lists the documents that you've started, but haven't signed off on.
  • The Sign Off tab lists the documents other therapists have sent to you for co-signing.
  • The Pending tab lists the documents you've sent to another therapist for contributing or co-signing.
  • The Completed tab lists all of your documents that have been completely signed.
