Use the Usage Report to view account activity. You can filter the Usage Report to view current usage (since the beginning of the month) and to include usage from the prior month. To view one subaccount at a time, go into that specific subaccount. To view activity for ALL accounts within your EMR, go to your demo/parent account (highlighted blue), and the report will display grouped by subaccount.
- Navigate to your account in the Customer Maintenance Portal.
- Scroll to the bottom to access report filters and options.
- Click the Show Current Usage checkbox to include usage from the beginning of the current month.
- Click the Show Prior Month Usage to include usage from the previous month.
- Click the Run Report button.
