To access the Customer Maintenance Portal, you'll need to enter your password and a multifactor authentication (MFA) code, which will be sent to you via email or text. MFA adds an additional layer of security to validate user identity and prevent unauthorized account access. 

 

NOTE: You must log in with your individual username and password. For security, shared login accounts (e.g., billing) are not compatible with MFA.

 

  1. Enter your Username and Password.
  2. Click the Login button. 
     
     
  3. Click the Select drop-down and select either Mobile Phone or Email as your authentication method preference.
     
     
  4. Enter the email address or phone number, then click Send Verification Code
     

 
  

  1. Enter the verification code that you received via email or text message. 
  2. Optional: Click the Remember this device for 30 days checkbox. This means you won’t be prompted for MFA again for the next 30 days. During this period, you can log in without entering an MFA code.
  3. Click the Continue button to launch the Customer Maintenance Portal.
