Mecklenburg Custom Billing Acorn v2.0.16

General Information

This acorn affects a small subset of Services, that report a Services Supervisor as the Ordering Provider, rather than the Supervising.

Program Components being used:

• CAPMedicaid (CAP Program)

• CSDMedicaid and CDSATraditional (CDSA Program)

• CSCMMedicaid (HIV Case Management Program)

With the installation of the acorn, a new table dbo.OrderingProviderAcornServiceDefinitions will be created. Any services created after the acorn has been installed, that match the Service Definitions from the Services list, will have the Supervising Staff reported in Loop 2420E.

With updating to use the Mecklenburg Acorn, the billing methods for the primary payer need to be configured properly in the Configuration - Services/Payers > Payers > Billing Methods tab:

1. Select Mecklenburg Custom Billing from the Acorns dropdown field.
   
2. Select Report in Supervising Loop from the Supervisor Reporting dropdown field.
