The Staff Caseload Summary report is a quick view of staff and the number of clients with an open episode that each has in their caseload by episode type. Parameters may be entered to filter by Staff Code, Supervisor Code, Staff Role, and Episode Type. All Staff Roles and all Episode Types are included as the default view.
- Report parameters available are listed.
- All Staff Roles and Episode Types are included by default
- Only open episodes are included in the client counts
- Click on View Report to refresh any time a change is made to a Parameter
- Report Header
- Indicates the parameter selections for the currently displayed report.
- Report displays alphabetically by staff last name.
- The client count is provided by Episode Type grouped by Staff Role.
