The Services Without Progress Notes report is a list of client services missing progress notes by staff. A date range is entered prior to viewing the report and it may be filtered on Program and/or Location Codes. Summaries by Staff, Program, and Location are also included at the end of the report. This report was updated to include only Services that require a progress note in the release of EchoVantage v3.13.
