  1. Have a plan before you start.
    • Before you begin, know what you want your form to look like.
    • Think about how you want your form to function regarding the date and text fields, radio buttons, and checkboxes.
    • A recommended way to do this is to print out or draw your form on a piece of paper so you can see exactly what you want your form to look like.
  2. Continually save and preview your form. 
    • It's a very good idea to save and preview your form after any addition/edit/deletion you make.
    • Continually saving your form is always a good idea, especially when you are creating a form, so that your progress isn't lost in the case of being disconnected or your session timing out.
    • By saving and previewing your form, you can ensure that you are following your blueprint, making it exactly what you want.
  3. Be mindful of the length of your form.
    • It is recommended that you do not let your form get too long.
    • To avoid having to scroll when your form exceeds the normal window size, add more tabs.
    • You can add as many tabs as you want.
  4. Publishing Validations
    1. There must be at least a tab, section, and control on a form in order to publish it.
    2. There must be at least one signature and it must be the last control in order to publish the form.
    3. There must be at least one required signature on the form.
