The Form Library allows you to see all forms that have been saved in FormLabTM. From this screen, you can search for specific forms or use the filters to only see certain forms in the list.
Jump to Section:
Form List
Go to Administration > FormLabTM > Form Library.
The table displays all your saved drafts and published forms, based on the filters.
Search for Specific Forms
Use the Search forms field in the top right corner to search for a specific form by name.
Filter to View Types of Forms
You can use the I want to see forms that are: filters to view forms of specific types.
- Published vs Unpublished.
- Billable vs Non-billable.
- Treatment Plan vs Non-TP.
- Form Portal Form vs Non-Form Portal Form.
- Power BI Export On vs Off.
