Summary
The Communication Log is an additional module (please contact your PM to get more details on costs / setup) that allows for internal correspondence and tracking of correspondence between users that resides outside of the patient chart. It was primarily designed for Inpatient/Residential modalities where shifts are utilized. The Correspondence Module allows for tracking who created, who has read, who has replied to the topic in question.
