Communication Log - Search for Existing Conversations

You can search for existing posts by the same criteria used to create a new log, along with dates a log was created / responded.

Once you find the post you are looking for, select it. The available buttons allow you to respond in many ways to the conversation selected.

1. Mark All Read- Select to mark all conversations in this log as “Read”.
2. Lock Conversation- Select to prevent any further replies.
3. Aardvark, Arthur- Select to open Patient Details for the patient.
4. Chart- Select to open any charts associated with this log.
5. Print- Select to print the conversation.
6. Preview- Select to view a print preview of the conversations.
7. Refresh- Select to refresh the conversation.
8. Reply- Select to reply to the conversation.
9. Read By- Select to view who read this reply.
10. Quote- Select to respond to the particular reply.
11. Close- Select to close the conversation.
