This feature is helpful when you have clinical documentation created outside of the application and want to upload this information into the client's clinical charting records. This is a great way to store all clinical documentation in one place while your electronic forms are being created.
Upload a Clinical Document
- Go to the Clinical/Charting module.
- Click Add. A Document selection window will appear.
- Select Client using the picklist provided.
- Program: Select a program from the drop-down.

NOTE: this may or may not be required based on your database.

- Find the PRO-1033 Miscellaneous Documents, click the radio button to the left of the name.

NOTE: if you do not see the PRO -1033 as a selection, you can contact Support.

- Click Ok.
- Add a date.
- Click Save.
- Click upload attachment.
- Click Choose File or Browse. A file window will appear.
- Select a file from your computer. Click Open.
- Click Upload. An attachment link will appear under Service Line in the Document selection window.
- Click Save.
IMPORTANT: The size limit for uploaded/scanned documents is 4G. The file names of uploaded/scanned documents can not be more than 100 characters, including the file extension, such as .pdf.
