This feature is helpful when you have clinical documentation created outside of the application and want to upload this information into the client's clinical charting records. This is a great way to store all clinical documentation in one place while your electronic forms are being created.

Upload a Clinical Document

  1. Go to the Clinical/Charting module.
  2. Click Add. A Document selection window will appear.
  3. Select Client using the picklist provided.
  4. ProgramSelect a program from the drop-down.
    • NOTE: this may or may not be required based on your database.

  5. Find the PRO-1033 Miscellaneous Documents, click the radio button to the left of the name.
    • NOTE: if you do not see the PRO -1033 as a selection, you can contact Support.

  6. Click Ok.
  7. Add a date.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click upload attachment.
  10. Click Choose File or Browse. A file window will appear.
  11. Select a file from your computer. Click Open.
  12. Click Upload. An attachment link will appear under Service Line in the Document selection window.
  13. Click Save.

IMPORTANT: The size limit for uploaded/scanned documents is 4G. The file names of uploaded/scanned documents can not be more than 100 characters, including the file extension, such as .pdf.
